This $78 million project will be situated in the heart of downtown Indianapolis and will serve as a premier training facility designed exclusively for women athletes. The new center will be an integral part of the PS&E campus, connected via skybridge to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, which is set to host this summer’s WNBA All-Star Game. The architectural firm Populous will oversee the design and construction.

The Indiana Fever Sports Performance Center aims to revolutionize the player experience by offering world-class amenities tailored specifically for female athletes. CEO Mel Raines of PS&E emphasized that this facility will not only enhance athletic performance but also provide an unparalleled environment for recovery and personal development. With two full-sized basketball courts, state-of-the-art strength and conditioning equipment, and a comprehensive kitchen, the center will cater to all aspects of an athlete's needs. Additionally, it will feature spa-like facilities including massage services, infrared light therapy, saunas, steam rooms, heat studios, float tanks, and hydrotherapy pools. These amenities are designed to help players push their boundaries and achieve peak performance.

Beyond physical training, the center will prioritize holistic well-being with dedicated mental performance spaces, a private outdoor courtyard, and support areas such as a hair and nail salon, childcare facilities, and a podcast and content production studio.
