She had given the Mazda to McCaleb after he agreed to take over the payments, but he failed to do so.The woman reported seeing McCaleb standing near the Mazda when he pulled the gun from his waist and opened fire. She thought she heard three shots. After the shots were fired, the Nissan containing the victim and the witnesses crashed, and McCaleb reportedly fired another round at the car as it was crashing.
