As the Timberwolves look to build on their legacy, they face the challenge of replacing star athletes Addison Lucht and Josie Neukomm. However, the team is bolstered by experienced multi-year starters who are prepared to step into leadership roles, both on and off the court. Junior hitter Kendyl Neukomm, Josie's younger sister, emphasized the team's cohesive efforts, stating, "We did lose a lot of seniors, but I think we've done a good job coming all together as a group like gluing and just being there for each other." Adding to the excitement, Cissna Park is nearing a significant achievement, currently standing at 991 program victories, with the prospect of reaching the 1,000-win milestone early in the preseason, a moment Head Coach Josh Landon anticipates will be truly special.
