Denver Broncos Training Camp Schedule Update

After an intense period of six consecutive practice days, the Denver Broncos are observing a rest day today, Sunday, August 9th. The players are scheduled to return to the field for their ninth training session on Monday, August 10th. This upcoming practice, beginning at 10:00 a.m. MT at Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit, is anticipated to run for approximately two hours.

Due to ongoing construction at the facility, access for supporters will be capped at 1,000 individuals, necessitating prior ticket acquisition. Although free passes for the 14 public sessions were quickly reserved, fans are advised to regularly check Ticketmaster for potential availability due to returns. Attendees with tickets will be accommodated in designated covered seating areas north of the practice fields. Vehicle access to parking areas will commence at 8:00 a.m. MT, followed by field gate openings at 9:00 a.m. MT. Limited parking is available at Dove Valley Regional Park on a first-come, first-served basis, prompting the team to recommend ride-sharing alternatives. Day 11 of the training camp is designated as a private session, closed to all spectators. Permissible items include clear bags, consistent with Empower Field at Mile High policies, while lawn chairs and umbrellas are prohibited. Young fans aged 5-15 can register at the Kid Zone tent for wristbands to access the player autograph section post-practice, with player participation varying. It is crucial for fans to be aware that the practice schedule is subject to alteration based on weather conditions; updates will be posted on the team's Twitter/X page. Beyond these open camp practices, the Broncos are slated to compete in three exhibition matches this August, two of which will be held at home. The regular season is set to kick off on September 14th with an away game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night Football.

The proactive engagement of the Denver Broncos with their fanbase, even amidst logistical challenges like facility construction, exemplifies a commitment to community and transparency. By offering limited access and clear communication channels, the team fosters a sense of inclusion, while also prioritizing safety and operational efficiency. This approach not only strengthens the bond between the team and its supporters but also sets a positive example for responsible community interaction within professional sports.
