The deal, valued at more than £800,000, is split between 0.6 percent from Warwickshire and an equivalent share from Knighthead Capital, an American investment group. This follows Knighthead Capital's earlier acquisition of 49 percent of the Phoenix franchise, which was assessed at approximately £82 million during a valuation process initiated by the England and Wales Cricket Board.
