After successfully securing two new guards via the transfer portal in recent weeks, the team has now extended an invitation to former Georgia guard, Jocelyn Faison, for an official visit this weekend, signaling their intent to further bolster their backcourt.
During her initial year at Georgia, the 6-foot-1 Atlanta native experienced limited playing time. Despite this, Faison participated in 25 games last season, contributing 32 points, 34 rebounds, 14 assists, six steals, and four blocks within an average of 7.8 minutes per game. Her collegiate potential was evident even before her freshman year, as Faison was recognized as a four-star recruit in Georgia's 2025 class by 247Sports, which placed her as the No. 4 player from Georgia and No. 79 nationally.
