The lawsuit details a progressive payment structure. In the inaugural year of the membership (2025-26), Lesaffre was required to pay $6,727.28 per month. These monthly installments were scheduled to increase in subsequent years, reaching $7,554.50 by the 2028-29 season. The Bucks' attorneys assert that Lesaffre Yeast had paid $63,588 for the 2025-26 NBA season package, leaving a remaining balance of $10,412.
