He further added, "While there are undoubtedly larger clubs, Ferencvaros stands as a prominent European team, which is why I chose to join them. "I am already managing a significant club, but if I were to lack the ambition to reach the absolute top, there would be no point in continuing as a manager," he asserted. "If I don't truly believe I can achieve the highest distinctions, then managing is not for me. One should never settle, even if remaining in a position for two decades is possible."

He continued, "It is crucial to consistently believe in the possibility of climbing higher, as this propels you forward and enhances your capabilities as a manager. I must always possess the conviction that I can reach the pinnacle and secure numerous trophies. Without that belief, I wouldn't undertake this role."
