Prior to her professional career, she was recognized as the 2025 WAC Offensive Player of the Year. During her collegiate career at Utah Valley from 2023 to 2025, Hladek showcased her formidable offensive prowess, accumulating 24 goals and setting a program record with 32 assists over 60 matches.
