Plans included state-of-the-art office and laboratory spaces, an event area, a rooftop terrace, and even a three-bedroom penthouse for visiting clients. However, the project encountered a significant hurdle in 2025 due to a reported disagreement with a local labor union concerning construction worker employment, ultimately leading to a halt in development. This property, strategically located near the Chase Center, home of the Warriors, is not the only real estate move for the Currys. The couple recently sold their estate in Atherton for $29.1 million and a luxury San Francisco condominium in 2022, indicating a broader trend in their property portfolio.
