Welsh Swimmer Matt Richards Secures Silver and Aims for Gold

Welsh athlete Matt Richards has proudly secured his inaugural individual medal at the Commonwealth Games, earning a silver in the 100m freestyle event. This significant achievement builds upon his previous successes in Glasgow, where he also garnered two bronze medals in relay competitions.
