O'Toole's competitive journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. He clinched consecutive NCAA Division-I national championships in 2022 and 2023 in the 165-pound category, solidifying his status as one of Missouri wrestling's most accomplished athletes. His accolades extend beyond national borders, with a Junior World Championship title in 2021 and a U23 World Championship in 2023. Throughout his tenure at Columbia, he earned the prestigious All-American honor five times, demonstrating remarkable consistency and dominance. His final competitive appearance at RAF-11 in July saw him achieve a commendable 2-1 record, a fitting conclusion to a stellar career.
