The pivotal game took place on a wet and rainy Friday night at Edgar High School. The Wildcats delivered a commanding performance, ultimately defeating Milwaukee Riverside with a score of 37-6. Coach Sinz reflected on his journey, noting that while he vividly remembers earlier milestones like 100, 200, 300, and 400 wins, he has never been overly preoccupied with the numerical count of his victories. This philosophy has allowed him to sustain an impressive career, continuously finding inspiration to return to the sidelines year after year.
Throughout his extensive tenure, Sinz has witnessed many changes, but his dedication has remained constant. He recalls reaching his 100th win in the mid-1980s, followed by his 200th around 1995 or 1996, and his 300th in the mid-2000s. By the time he achieved 400 victories, his youngest son had graduated, and he had retired from teaching. Yet, the call to coach persisted, driven by his passion and the close-knit community of Edgar.

Sinz shared that neighbors, whose children play on the team, would frequently persuade him to stay for "just one more year" until their kids became seniors.
