Siwan Lillicrap, a distinguished figure in Welsh rugby and former captain of the national women's team, has been named the head of women's coaching and development within the Welsh Rugby Union. Having earned 51 caps for Wales, Lillicrap brings a wealth of on-field experience to her administrative duties.
